About Roll Your Main
Learn what Roll Your Main does, how its class quiz works, and how the independent site is funded. These are playstyle suggestions, not verified damage or PvP tier rankings.
Why this site exists
Roll Your Main is an independent fan-made character discovery tool. It aims to help people decide which class to try in World of Warcraft: Forever without requiring them to understand every class beforehand.
How we make recommendations
The quiz combines role eligibility rules with your preferences for combat style, solo play, difficulty and fantasy. It does not read your game account, measure your skill or claim to predict the strongest raid or PvP class. Race suggestions follow published race/class compatibility rules.
How the site is funded
The core character picker is free. Some separate guide and gear links are affiliate links; qualifying purchases may earn a commission. An optional Ko-fi link lets visitors support the project. Purchases do not influence class scores.
Editorial standards
We link to official game announcements where factual restrictions matter, distinguish opinions from fixed rules, and try not to make unverified launch-balance claims. Content should be revisited when game rules or vendor coverage changes.
Contact and independence
Roll Your Main is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. For privacy inquiries, use the address listed on our privacy page after email routing is activated. Feedback about class recommendations is welcome through the site’s email feedback link.
